How many people can fit on the ride?

Two people can ride safely. The maximum weight limit is 420 lbs.
Is this ride safe?

Yes. There are safety harnesses that should be used at all times. Ride on flat surfaces and always follow traffic laws.
Will someone be onsite to help?

Yes. An attendant will be present to assist with maneuvering the ride.
Is there a deposit?

Yes. The deposit is $150 that will be applied to your balance.
Am I able to get a refund?

We do not offer any refunds including deposits within 72 hours or your event.
How much space is required to operate the equipment?

An open flat surface field is required and should be free of debris (rocks, trash, trees, bushes, sand, etc.). Riding at the beach is prohibited. Feel free to email a picture of the area if you have any questions.
Can I extend my time?

Yes, If there aren't any prior events booked.
Do I have to have a permit?

No, we at Phenomenally360 do not require a permit. However, you should check your local restrictions, if one is required at your event. If there is a requirement and you have failed to obtain the proper permit you will forfeit your payment and there will be no refund.
